Free Music Fridays are held Fridays at the American Folk Art Museum at 2 Lincoln Square (Columbus Avenue between 65th and 66th Streets). Performances run from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, with three performers each evening.

I'm excited to be sharing the bill with 2 incredibly talented ladies, Sandy Bell (4 pm) and Alice Bierhorst (6 pm). I'll be playing at 5 pm. Expect some vocal collaboration : )
A monthly series on third Mondays, featuring a dazzling array of performers presenting their unique takes on the fascinatingly ghoulish folk music tradition of the murder ballad. Expect originals and covers, old tunes and new twists.
Each Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, the American Folk Art Museum hosts live performances and offers a donation-based cash wine bar. Admission is always free.

Saturday afternoon music series curated by singer-songwriter Howard Fishman at Pete's Candy Store. Audiences have been gathering steam, and it's already started to feel like a scene. The music so far has been jaw-droppingly good. Maybe something about this time of day is bringing out a certain relaxation and adventurousness on the part of the performers.
Boo & Elena from the Demolition String Band host a star-studded bash/celebration for Woody Guthrie on his birthday! I'll be singing one or two songs from Woody's incredible catalog of songs.

July (bah - lie -ah) is a mash up of many musical genres and will take place over the course of 2 days. From 4pm on July 3 til - 2am on July 5th we will be going hard with awesome bands and DJ's. None of the bands are being paid to perform so we ask that you please explore our site and support them by buying their albums, liking their social media pages and telling your friends about our event.
